For the problems (small probability) arising in the use of lighting balloon:
For the repairable situations such as parts damage: we will provide free replacement parts or you purchase parts from your local store (we bear the expense).
For the non-repair situations: we will offer free replacement. (Noted: The product is not considered defective under the following conditions: Incomplete trimming of thread ends during mass production Minor flaws not visible to the naked eye Traces of chalk marks that are easily removable Wrinkles, etc. Unavoidable fiber smell from raw materials or production processes.)
Ø How do you start the order?
Ø We will start your order after receiving the payment. we will send you videos and pictures of lighting balloons’ test and packaging stage, in which your company name will also be shown on an A4 paper to ensure authenticity.
