SEXGL Linear cylinder is a kind of pneumatic actuator that converts the pressure energy of compressed air into linear mechanical energy, which is widely used in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, robotics and other fields.
The linear cylinder drives the piston to perform a linear reciprocating motion in the cylinder barrel through compressed air, which converts the air pressure energy into mechanical energy.
1.Micron-Level Linear Accuracy: Employing a combination of C7 rolled ball screws and high-precision guide rails, coupled with a closed-loop servo control system, it achieves a linear motion accuracy error of ±0.02mm, surpassing 30% of similar industry products. The ball screw pair undergoes ultra-precision heat treatment and surface hardening, enhancing rigidity by 40% to ensure no backlash or vibration during repeat positioning, meeting the stringent trajectory accuracy requirements in scenarios such as chip packaging and precision inspection.
2.Low Anti-Rotation Deviation Control: The innovative double guide rod anti-rotation structure and crossed roller bearing set strictly control the output shaft anti-rotation angle within 0.1°, effectively suppressing deflection torque caused by lateral loads. Even in vertical installation or eccentric load scenarios, it maintains high consistency of the motion axis, making it particularly suitable for automated equipment requiring multi-angle precision positioning.
3.High-Rigidity Lateral Force Resistance: The body adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy one-piece frame, combined with thickened bearing blocks and a rigid support structure, achieving a maximum lateral force resistance of 100kgf (dynamic load)—an improvement of 50% compared to traditional screw cylinders. It can directly withstand complex working conditions such as transverse pushing and inclined loads without additional anti-rotation brackets, simplifying equipment design complexity.
