The equipment operates through two main stages:
In the concentration zone, the relative movement between the fixed and moving rings enables rapid drainage of filtrate without clogging.
In the dewatering zone, the gradually reduced spiral pitch increases internal pressure, assisted by an adjustable back-pressure plate mechanism, to achieve thorough solid-liquid separation.
This innovative design eliminates the need for traditional filter cloths or centrifugal methods.
