Working Principle
The UHC type magnetic flap liquid level gauge are made up of measuring body,Dual-colored display cylinder, ruler, top&low flange,magnetic ball and transmitter (4-20mA).Based on buoyance principle,the magnetic ball which in the body of level gauge was up or down with the level of liquid changing and make Dual-colored turning to show the level of media.Each cylinder is two-color axisymmetric structure.The distance of two cylinders is 10mm. Red side of display cylinder indicate liquid and white side display cylinder indicate air.Besides of measure liquid level,it also could measure the interface of two kinds of liquid.
Features
The UHC type magnetic liquid level gauge could be made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti,0Cr18Ni9,0Cr18Ni9+PTFE(lined),titanium alloys,PP and PVC. It suits any medium requirement.

•Independent of medium’s physical and chemical states such as Conductivity, Dielectric Constants, foam, pressure, temperature, evaporation, boiling and air bubble.Widely used in the liquid level or interface measurement of strong and weak corrosive, inflammable and explosive, toxic, highly radioactive, stir and dirty medium.
•optional SPST or SPDT no standby power alarm switch could realize high-low level measurement and alarm. Alarm switch number is unlimited.
•Accompanied reed transmitter or high-precision continuous capacitive transmitter 4~20mADC signal output to realize remote measurement and control.
•2 wire system transmitter could with 0.56'" LED digital indicator.
