• The standard number of layers

The number of layers, which mean the number of Synthetic-tyre-cord layer, usually, our airbags contain 3,4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10 layers types. Other type is still available upon your request to confirm the Safety Working Pressure.

We buy raw material natural rubber(from Tailand,Vietnam,Yunan), carbon black, SBR,etc.Then Mix them as the rates(which can make sure the performance of airbags and fenders),after machine mixing and calendering,then we can see the fabric rubber layer and rubber plate.Now the workers can use them to produce the airbags and fenders. After then,we send the products to the vulcanizer to finished vulcanization.Then we will inflate the products to check the air leakage.If no problem we will packing them,waiting to ship to u.

Top Notice for the Usage of Marine Airbags

☆ Control the pneumatic pressure strictly, do not exceed the upper limit value of work pressure in any case.

☆ The surface of marine airbags should not be contacted with hard & sharp objects like sharp metal plates, big stones etc. to avoid unnecessary puncturing damage.

☆ In case of short distance transportation, the marine airbags should be moved by rolling under pneumatic condition or by lifting under natural condition and strictly prohibit dragging on the ground.

☆ For long distance transportation, the marine airbags should be folded and fastened into a package.

Storage

When a marine airbag unused for a long time it should be washed and dried, covered and filling up with talcum powder, then put it in a dry, shade and ventilated place, keep away from sources of ignition.

Repair

• Cleaning and washing the surface of marine airbag
• Paste tyre cord fabric with crude rubber
• Thermal vulcanization
• Inspect repair place whether pasting densely, it is not allowed to exist such defects as bubbles, delaminating inside of the airbag.
