The Bosch Rexroth Z1S10A05-2-4X/F (R901274762) is a high-performance, mechanically actuated industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable blocking of oil flow at selected ports. This seat valve is directly actuated with a spool symbol A A and is capable of handling a maximum pressure with an electrical connection. It falls under the product group ID and features multiple ports for versatile applications. The type of actuation is mechanical, and it has been designed to accommodate a specific size and max flow rate. This valve boasts an interim assembly with connections that adhere to NFPA T.. R D SizeCETOP D and ISO standards for porting patterns, ensuring compatibility with various systems. It has a designated number of switching positions and comes with FKM seals that are compatible with a range of hydraulic fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. It's crafted for the leakage-free blocking of flow in one direction while allowing free flow in the opposite direction.
The plastic poppet within the valve is designed for limited stroke controlled by a plastic socket which also aids in closing movement along with an installed spring. This ensures optimal leak tightness even at low pressures. Furthermore, this sandwich plate valve is suitable for vertical stackings and offers various one- and two-channel blocking functions. The high-performance plastic poppet ensures perfect leak tightness while its corrosion-protected design increases durability. For specific hydraulic fluid requirements, external seal rings can be exchanged easily to adjust the valve accordingly. Additionally, wear parts can be replaced cost-effectively due to the availability of individual check valve installation sets. Optional features include measuring ports and throttle check valves. In terms of specifications: it belongs to component series X; it can withstand maximum operating pressure (bar) and allows for maximum flow (l/min). The design requires that no additional seal ring be used when the plastic socket is mounted on the plate side due to its integral sealing function which must not be removed or damaged as it's essential for preload purposes based on hydraulic fluid volume and temperature variations.
