Low friction: Low friction movement is achieved through the cyclic rolling of high-precision balls in the guide grooves, and the friction fluctuation is significantly reduced, and the friction level is significantly reduced, especially under the action of external forces.
High load capacity: Rexroth ball carriages have high load capacity, for example, the RWA series roller runner block can withstand a rated static torsional torque of up to 830 Nm.
Long life: Thanks to the point contact between the rolling element and the raceway, the service life of Rexroth ball carriages is much longer than that of ordinary screws, which greatly reduces the cost of equipment downtime maintenance.
Precautions for use
Lubrication: Rexroth ball brackets require regular lubrication to maintain their high performance. It is recommended to use special grease, such as Dynalub 510 grease, and replace the grease every 20,000 km or 200 million revolutions.
Installation adjustment: During installation, a level gauge is required to calibrate the flatness of the guide rail, and the error must be controlled within ±0.02 mm.
Cleaning and maintenance: Use special cleaning agents to avoid corrosion, and regular inspection and maintenance can extend its service life.
