Precautions for use
Inspection before installation: When installing the measuring pipe on the pressure gauge, make sure that the fittings on the pressure gauge (such as SW14; SW22 0.55A/F; 0.87A/F) are clamped to prevent measurement errors.
Bleeding device: The pressure gauge is equipped with a bleeder on the shell. Before the pressure gauge is put into use, the bleeder must be manually adjusted from "closed" to "open" to prevent measurement errors.
Regular calibration: The indication error, return error and tap displacement of the pressure gauge need to be calibrated regularly to ensure their accuracy. During the calibration process, it should be noted that the indication change caused by the tapping displacement should not be greater than the allowable error.
Maintenance: Regularly check the appearance and internal parts of the pressure gauge to ensure that it is in good working condition. Avoid using it in an environment with large vibration and shock to extend its service life.
