Diesel Filter: These filters offer multiple filter options ranging from 2 to 30 microns and feature a visual water collection cup and integrated handle for easy maintenance.
Precautions
Installation Location: Select the installation location based on system pressure (e.g., pump intake, outlet, or return line) to avoid pressure loss exceeding 0.35 MPa.
Maintenance Interval: Regularly check the pressure differential (replace if exceeding the set value) and the condition of the filter element.
Replacement is typically required every 20,000 kilometers or 500 hours.
Compatibility: The system pressure, flow rate, and port size must be compatible (e.g., 13mm and 11mm connectors require special attention). Avoid forced insertion during installation.
