This high-performance optical transceiver module supports 10Gb/s data transmission over single-mode fiber up to 80km. It integrates advanced EML transmitter and APD receiver technologies, offering low power consumption, high reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Ideal for high-density networking applications requiring long-range connectivity.
The module utilizes Electro-absorption Modulated Laser (EML) and Avalanche Photodiode (APD) technologies, ensuring high sensitivity and long-range performance. It complies with SFF-8431, SFF-8472, and SFF-8432 standards, supporting 10G Ethernet, SONET/SDH, and OTU2/2e protocols.
The bidirectional optical module transmits and receives data over a single fiber strand using wavelength division multiplexing (WDM). The transmitter converts electrical signals to optical signals at 1490nm or 1550nm, while the receiver detects incoming signals at the complementary wavelength, enabling full-duplex communication over long distances.
