The Optical Transceiver Module CC-OSFP04SR4-12D is a high-performance, hot-pluggable solution designed for next-generation data centers and high-speed networks. It supports 400G Ethernet and InfiniBand NDR applications with a reach of up to 100m over OM4 fiber. Built for reliability and efficiency, this optical module integrates advanced PAM4 technology and complies with industry standards including OSFP MSA and CMIS 5.0.
The module utilizes PAM4 (Pulse Amplitude Modulation 4-level) technology for high-speed data transmission across four parallel optical channels. It is compliant with IEEE 802.3db/D3.0 and IEEE 802.3ck standards, ensuring interoperability and performance in demanding environments.
The transceiver converts electrical signals into optical signals using VCSEL-based transmitters. Each of the four lanes operates at 53.125 GBaud, transmitting PAM4 modulated light over multimode fiber. On the receiver side, the optical signals are converted back to electrical data with integrated amplification and clock recovery.
