The NVIDIA MFP7E20-N015 is a high-performance, multimode, 4-channel to two 2-channel passive fiber cable designed for next-generation data centers. It enables flexible and cost-effective connectivity between 800G/400G switches and 200G adapters or DPUs, delivering reliable signal integrity and easy installation.
This Optical Fiber Cable complies with industry standards including IEC 61754-7, ANSI/TIA/EIA 604-5, and Telcordia GR-1435. It uses angled physical contact (APC) polishing to minimize back reflection and ensure optimal signal quality in high-speed environments.
The cable splits one 4-channel MPO connector into two 2-channel MPO connectors. It uses 8 active fibers in a crossover (Type-B) configuration, ensuring transmit and receive channels are properly aligned between transceivers. The 8° APC polish reduces optical reflection, protecting signal integrity.
