1. Introduction:
Stainless Steel Raschig Super Rings --- Tower Packing New Choice
Now we have a new optimal solution to industry’s demands for modern heavy duty packing, as the introduction of super raschig ring. Different from previous packing shapes, the super raschig ring avoids the droplet formation with large gas loads. The super raschig ring has 30% more loading capacity, almost 70% lower pressure drop, and 10% higher mass transfer efficiency than conventional metal random packing.

3. SS 316L Random Packing Saddle I Ring Advantage:
The metal saddle ring gives one of the best choices for high performance random packing, with low pressure drop and high efficiency. This specially designed saddle-shape random packing provides a lower pressure drop at the same vapor and liquid loads. It can be effectively used in both high pressure and vacuum towers. Others of its advantages include large effective inter-facial area, high mechanical strength and low cost. Metal saddle rings are therefore used in many distillation and absorption columns all around the world. It is available in various sizes, which give different combinations of efficiency and pressure drop.
