In a pipeline system ,an elbow is a pipe fitting that changes the direction of the pipeline. That is ,all the pipe fittings should be treated bu surface taeatment ,the iron oxide coating on the inner and outer surface should be sprayed out by shot peening treatment ,and then coated with anticorrosive paint .This is what the exit needs ,and then in orded to facilitate transportation to prevent corrosion and oxidation ,,all of them hane to do this work in China .
The requirement for packaging is that for small pipe fittings ,such as export, it is necessary to make wooden cases ,about1 cubic meter ,prescribing that the number of elbows in such boxes shall not exceed one tonne.This standard allows for suits ,that is ,large sets and small sets ,but the total weight shall generally not exceed 1 ton. For the big Y ,you have to package it ,like the 24",you have to package it ,and it's the packing label. Remeber, the mark is to indicate the size ,steel number ,bath number, manufacturer's trademark and so on.
