The large cap may cancel this requirement in the future. The splicing distance should be required, greater than 3δ, And not less than 100 mm (the welding heat affected zone is a high stress zone, And the chemical composition in this area will be burned. So avoid high stress zones, The area is related to thickness. Based on practical experience, Stress attenuation length greater than 3δ, And not less than 100 mm). But refrigeration is hard to meet, It has its particularity. The assembled head, Spliced welds shall be subjected to 100% radiographic or ultrasonic testing, The qualification level follows the equipment shell. The final weld inspection grade and proportion are the same as the equipment shell, High waste. Example: if the equipment shell is 20% detection, III qualified. And the smug splice weld and the final weld are III qualified, The coefficient of welded joint is 0.85; If the case is 100% tested, II qualified. And the smug splice weld and the final weld are II qualified, Welding joint coefficient is 1, so stuffy splicing although 100% detection, But the eligibility levels are different, Follow the shell of the equipment.
