1. Production Line Overview

  • Our production line targets clients in warehouse shelving, logistics, and retail sectors, providing high-quality, customizable step beams. The system ensures high-speed production and reliable performance, offering precise welding and cutting for superior structural integrity and cost-effective solutions.

 

2. Profile Description

  • This heavy-duty shelf step beam is made from galvanized steel with a thickness range of 1.5-2.5mm, designed for use in warehouse racking systems. The beam offers superior structural integrity with its robust form and precise dimensions. Ideal for high-capacity shelving and industrial storage applications.

 

3. Production Process

  • 3T Hydraulic Uncoiler → Leveling → Roll Forming Machine → Flying Spot Welding → Flying Sawing
  • The line feeds steel through the uncoiler, where it’s leveled before forming into step beams. The material undergoes precise spot welding for structural strength and is then cut to the desired length with high-speed carbide-tipped saw blades, ensuring high-quality output.

 

4. Key Focus

  • Flying Spot Welding + Flying Cut-Off: Continuous high-speed operation without downtime. Compared to traditional spot welding and stop-and-cut systems, production capacity is increased by 30%-50%.
  • Flexible Roll Feeder Structure: The entire line features a flexible roller fly design, with some sections using a double-wall structure. This design ensures strength while reducing frame costs, making the overall structure more efficient.
  • Arch Gearbox + 29 Forming Stations: The combination of a sturdy arch gearbox and 29 forming stations meets the complex rigidity and load-bearing requirements of the step beam.
  • Material Compatibility: Designed for materials with thicknesses ranging from 1.5-2.5mm, covering the most common material standards for step beams used in domestic and international shelving projects.
  • Advanced Design Concept: The line’s design supports future automation upgrades, such as automated welding and automatic coding systems, ensuring scalability for future production needs.
