1. Production Line Overview

  • This production line is designed for manufacturers in the storage and shelving industry. It is ideal for clients needing high-strength box beams for industrial shelving, racking systems, and structural applications. 2. Profile Description

  • This heavy-duty box beam profile is made from high-strength steel coils, with a thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 2.5mm. It features a C-shape design and is produced with high-precision rolling and forming processes. This profile is ideal for storage racking systems, commercial shelving, and structural support beams.

 

 

3. Production Process

  • Hydraulic Decoiler → Leveling → Roll Forming Machine → Correction → Flying Cut → Transfer Platform → Seaming Machine → Electric Discharge Table
  • The production starts with a hydraulic decoiler feeding steel coils, followed by precise leveling. The roll forming machine creates C-shaped beams with automatic adjustments for different sizes. After correction and flying shear, the beams are aligned and joined through the seaming machine, ready for automated discharge.
