3. Production Process

  • Hydraulic Decoiler → Leveler → Hydraulic Punching → Roll Forming Machine → Weld → Hydraulic cut
  • This process ensures high-quality production with accurate punching, forming, welding, and cutting. The pre-punching stage simplifies the cutting process and enhances precision. Dual-side horizontal movement in the forming stage ensures adjustable step beam height.
