3. Production Process
5T Decoiler-Guiding-Leveling-Hydraulic punching-Hydraulic cutting-Transfer conveyor-Roll forming machine-Auto stacker
The steel coil is fed through a decoiler and aligned by guiding rollers. It is then leveled for a smooth finish. The material undergoes precise hydraulic punching for hole formation before being cut to length. Afterward, the transfer conveyor moves the material to the roll former, where it is shaped into W panels. Finally, panels are safely stacked with a magnetic stacker for efficient handling.
