The tire recycling line can effectively realize the automatic separation of materials such as rubber, steel wire, nylon fiber,
etc. The whole line adopts a PLC control system, which is easy to operate and maintain, with low energy consumption and long service life.
Tire recycling equipment refers to a special mechanical system used for the resource processing of waste tires. It decomposes tires into reusable raw materials (such as rubber particles, steel wire, fibers, etc.) through physical or chemical methods to achieve the goal of circular economy37. Its core functions include tire fixing, crushing, separation, screening and recycling processing.

The following is a systematic introduction to waste tire processing machinery and equipment, covering mainstream equipment types and technical features:
1. Tire shredder
Adopting dual-axis or multi-axis alloy cutters for low-speed shearing (5-13 rpm), it can directly process whole tires containing steel wires (diameter ≤2000mm) and produce 50-150mm rubber strips.
The modular cutter disc design supports rapid replacement, and the hydraulic forced feeding system ensures processing efficiency.
2. Steel wire separator
Through magnetic separation or vibration screening technology, the shredded rubber is separated from the steel wire, and the steel wire recovery rate can reach more than 98%.
3. Rubber crushing/grinding unit
Secondary processing equipment, further crushing the rubber blocks into 1-20mm particles, and some models are equipped with freezing technology to increase the fine powder output rate.
