Structural principle
Eccentric Eddy Current Separator For Sorting Waste Scraps And Flakes With Non-ferrous Metal Aluminum And Copper Eddy Current Separator can be widely used in the field of environmental protection such as waste disposal, waste electrical appliances recycling and non-ferrous metal processing industry. The non-ferrous metals are recovered from the crushing materials of the automobile dismantling plant, from the copper aluminum casting sand and smelting ash, and from the waste motor crushing materials; the non-ferrous metals are recovered from the incinerated printed circuit board, from the domestic waste, industrial waste, electronic waste treatment, waste plastic doors and windows, boiler bottom ash and other non-ferrous metals.
Scrap Metal Sorting line
1.metal recycling line adopts two-shaft metal shredder, hammer crusher for crushing the scrap metal.
2.Use Dust collector and special structures to remove the fine particle and dust during the crushing period.
3.The scrap metal recycling equipment separates the ferrous metal by a magnetic separator.
4.(Optional)Eddy current separator is adopted by the waste recycling machine to separate the non-ferrous metal from nonmetal materials.
1. Check and tidy up in time. Clean the machine at the end of each day. Check whether the screws of each part are loose or there are worn parts, such as claws and screens.
2. Fill with grease, usually install the cap oil cup on the bearing. Under normal circumstances, as long as the oil cup cover rotates 1 / 4 turn every 2 hours, the grease in the cup can be pressed into the bearing. For closed bearings, grease can be added every 300 hours. After long-term use, if the grease is replaced, clean the bearing and replace with new grease. When the equipment is working, the temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 40 ° C. If the bearing temperature continues to rise under normal operating conditions, the cause should be found and the fault resolved.
3. Carefully clean the material to be damaged. It is forbidden to mix copper, iron, lead and other metal parts, large stones and other sundries into the damage room.
