Working principle of MRF shredder:
Material grabbing and feeding: The grab crane feeds the mixed materials (such as domestic garbage, industrial garbage, plastics, waste cartons, plastic barrels) into the feed port, and the push plate pushes the materials to the knife shaft with constant pressure;
Tearing and shearing: The two knife shafts rotate in opposite directions, and the blades clamp the materials through the "biting" action, and crush them by shearing force, tearing force and extrusion force;
Repeated crushing and screening: The crushed materials are filtered through the screen, and the large particles are grabbed and crushed by the knife shaft again until they meet the size requirements and are discharged from the discharge port.
The Advantages of the MRF shredder:
Adapt to a variety of material characteristics: It can process materials of different hardness and toughness such as plastics, metals, wood, fibers, and electronic waste. Through composite principles such as shearing, tearing, and extrusion, it can achieve the crushing of complex materials, such as tearing and crushing of waste tires or shearing and crushing of hard plastics.
Large and uniform crushing ratio: It can quickly crush large-sized materials into smaller particles (such as a few centimeters to more than ten centimeters), and the output particle size is controllable. The MRF shredder converts mixed recyclables into fragments suitable for sorting through the mechanical principle of "shearing - tearing - screening", and its working efficiency directly affects the recycling effect of the subsequent whole process.
