2. Impact crusher accessories castings and forgings
(1) Plate hammer
Plate hammer adopts high chromium alloy material and the latest manufacturing technology, unique structural design, processed products are cubic, no tension and crack, grain shape is good; It is a reliable high wear resistant casting. When the plate hammer is worn to a certain extent, it should be adjusted or replaced in time to avoid the damage of fasteners and other parts. Adjustment of plate hammer: open back cover with hydraulic clamshell device. Rotate the rotor by hand, turn the plate hammer that needs to be adjusted or replaced to the repair place, and then fix the rotor. Remove the plate hammer positioning parts should be pushed out from the access door along the axis, or hung out from the middle of the frame. When disassembling, the hand hammer is used to knock gently on the plate hammer.
(2) Edge guard plate
The impact lining plate is an important and vulnerable part of the impact crusher. The resistance ability of the lining plate decreases after aging, which often causes the lining plate to be shot down, and also causes the decrease of the sealing performance of the crusher to produce large dust. After opening the counter, remove the split pins, slotted nuts and bolts used to fix the counter lining plate, and replace the worn counter lining plate. Reverse the above steps if a new counter liner is installed.
