1. Principle of TCK series magnetic switch of hoist In Mining Machine Spare Parts​

Tck series magnetic switch, used for single rope and multi rope hoist as shaft switch, also suitable for other mechanical equipment.

Tck series magnetic switches are non-mechanical contact magnetic proximity switches. It consists of magnetic sensor and electronic circuit and output switch. When the permanent magnet of the magnetic detection body enters the induction area of the TCK switching magnetic sensor, the Tck switching action and output switching signal depends on the magnetic field. The output signal reflects the position and movement direction of the detection body and serves as the stroke control signal of the control system.

2. Classification of TCK series magnetic switch of hoist

Tck series magnetic switch has two types of general type and explosion-proof special type, four types of products:

Tck-1 magnetic switch;

Tck-2 magnetic switch;

Tck-3 and Tck-4 hold type magnetic switches.

3. Working principle of TCK series magnetic switch of hoist

Tck-1 magnetic switch, when the external S-pole magnetic field on the magnetic sensor, switch action, conversion 2 seconds. Static action, in the transition state, lose the magnetic field, automatic reset. Similar to general mechanical instantaneous action button switch, press to convert, release automatically reset.

Tck-2 magnetic switch can identify the direction of magnetic field movement. When the magnetic sensor detects that the external magnetic field in the n-S pole direction is over zero, the switch will operate and switch for 2 seconds. When the zero crossing is stationary, it is in a state of transformation and loses the effect of external magnetic field. The magnetic field crossing zero in the direction of S-N pole does not convert.

Tck-3 and Tck-4 hold type magnetic switches have different forms of magnetic fields.

Tck-3 type hold magnetic switch has two states, can hold. When the external S-pole magnetic field acts on the magnetic sensor from bottom to top, the switch switching contact is connected with the upper end, indicating that the red light is on, and this state is maintained. This state is maintained even when the external magnetic field is lost, the switch is powered on or off. When the external s-pole magnetic field acts on the magnetic sensor from top to bottom, the switching moving contact is connected with the lower end, indicating that the green light is on, and keeps this state until the next bottom-up action. S-pole magnetic field up and down action type 3 magnetic switch, magnetic switch can change the action and maintain each state, similar to the mechanical button switch up and down force.

Tck-4 type hold magnetic switch, when the magnetic sensor detects that the external magnetic field n-S pole direction magnetic field is over zero, the switch conversion moving contact is connected to the upper end, indicating that the red light is on, and this state is maintained. When the external magnetic field in the direction of s-N pole is over zero, the switch switching contact is connected with the lower end, indicating green light, and keep this state. TCK-4 magnetic switch has the characteristic of narrow hole magnetic field zero crossing and high positioning accuracy.
