Ⅱ. Performance characteristics of oxidation pelletizing rotary kiln(cenment rotary kiln)

Ⅲ. Working Principle of oxidation pelletizing rotary kiln(cenment rotary kiln)
There are refractory brick lining and heat exchange device in the rotary kiln, which rotates at low speed. The raw material and the hot flue gas are generally heat exchanged in countercurrent, and the material is added from the high end of the kiln. Due to the inclined installation of the cylinder, during the rotation, the raw materials in the kiln move in the axial direction while turning over in the circumferential direction. The burner injects fuel at the low end, and the flue gas is discharged by Gao Rui. The raw materials are heated during the moving process, and after physical and chemical changes, they become qualified products and are discharged from the low end.
