1. Purpose

Plate feeder is a kind of continuous transportation machinery widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, ports, coal and chemical industrial and mining enterprises. It is mainly used to continuously and evenly supply and transfer various bulk heavy objects and abrasive bulk materials from storage bins or transfer hoppers to crushers, batching devices or transportation equipment. It is one of the important and indispensable equipment in the process of ore and raw material processing and continuous production.

2. Job features

(1) Most of the no-load start, basically no overload phenomenon, occasionally start with rated load, the receiving hopper has a maximum of 70t coal;

(2) It is required to start at zero speed, and the speed range is 0~0.6 m/min. It can be manually controlled to accelerate or decelerate slowly. The speed is 0.3~0.5m/min, which is used more and runs stably;

(3) The external load is basically stable during stable operation, and the impact is small;

(4) The ambient temperature is low and the dust is large.

3.working principle

A high strength dozer die forging chain with a pitch of 228.6mm (9 inches) is used as the traction element. The two chains bypass a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the body and a pair of tension wheels at the tail of the body to form a closed loop. Each chain link of the two rows of chains is equipped with overlapping, heavy-duty conveyor grooves to form a continuous conveyor line capable of carrying materials. Its own weight and the weight of the material are supported by multiple rows of support wheels, chain support wheels and slide beams mounted on the body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer by the AC frequency conversion speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is directly connected by the expansion sleeve and the driving device to drive the low-speed operation. The material discharged into the tail bin is transported to the front of the body along the conveying line to achieve the purpose of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below.

The traction chain adopts long-pitch plate pin-roller chain, and all parts of the chain are made of alloy steel material, and have undergone scientific heat treatment, with good wear resistance, high tensile strength and long service life. Reinforced, the tank body has good rigidity, and the bearing capacity is large. The bottom plate of the tank body is overlapped by arcs to prevent material leakage. The drive motor adopts a speed-regulating motor, and the running speed is adjustable, so that the conveying amount can be selected more reasonably. There are various layout forms, which can be arranged horizontally and obliquely, and there are also various combinations of horizontal and oblique layouts. The conveying length of a single machine is less than or equal to 60m, and the lifting height is less than or equal to 30m. The maximum conveying inclination angle is 0-75 degrees. The material temperature is less than or equal to 600℃. Models can be divided into light apron feeder, medium apron feeder and heavy apron feeder.
