The core of the process flow of the rotary kiln is to convert raw materials such as iron concentrate powder into high-strength metallurgical pellets through the pretreatment with grate and the high-temperature roasting of the rotary kiln.
The oxidation pelletizing rotary kiln is mainly used to produce pellets, which is one of the important links in steel production. Through a series of process flows, the oxidation pelletizing rotary kiln processes fine-grained iron ore concentrate into pellets with good metallurgical properties. Process flow and technical characteristics
The process flow of the oxidation pelletizing rotary kiln includes raw material preparation, pellet preparation, drying and preheating, oxidation roasting and finished product cooling. The specific process is as follows:
Raw material preparation: Mix the iron ore concentrate with an appropriate amount of water and binder to form green balls with a certain strength.
Drying and preheating: The green balls are dried and preheated in the rotary kiln.
