Vertical crusher is a vertical compound crusher, also known as compound crusher, which is one of the commonly used equipment in crushing production line and sand making production line. Working Principle
The crushing force is strong and the processing capacity is large. Compared with the sand making equipment of the same power, the output of the sand making machine can be increased by about 35%, and the operation is stable and the yield is high.
The rotor structure of the machine is unique. When the material is broken, the rotor body is hardly worn. And the rear cavity is provided with a screw rod or a hydraulic opening mechanism. If the parts are damaged, the wearing parts can be easily replaced without opening the main equipment.
The wearing parts are made of high hardness, high toughness and multi-alloy wear-resistant material, and the service life is increased by 2-3 times.
The method of automatically adding grease by using electronic hydraulic pump reduces the manual maintenance cost and ensures the high efficiency and stability of the sand making machine.
Adopting no sieve bottom design, it is not affected by the moisture of the material, and the moisture content can be directly injected into the water at 30%.
Product Advantages
The equipment has a large crushing ratio, high crushing water content, and the discharging granularity can be adjusted arbitrarily. There is no screen bar setting. The material with large mud content will not be blocked. The unbreakable material can be automatically discharged when entering the body without causing equipment damage.
