SINOTRUCK brand SPY25 high-drive crawler pipelayer is a new type of crawler-type hydraulic pipelayer developed by our company to track the development trend of international pipelayers, based on domestic and international market demand and based on modular design concept. The whole machine is composed of a high drive chassis, a counterweight mechanism, a boom operating device and a hydraulic system. The chassis breaks through the traditional crawler pipelayer design method, and the drive sprocket is separated from the walking frame, and is arranged to the final drive and steering. On the same axis of the brake clutch and the central drive, the track is arranged in a triangle, eliminating the impact load directly transmitted from the ground to the drive sprocket, which increases the service life of the drive system by 30%. The modular design of the transmission components makes the assembly simple and more Easy to disassemble and repair. The counterweight mechanism adopts four-bar linkage mode, and the coupling frame adopts multi-axis articulation and dynamic gap balance adjustment structure, which ensures the accuracy of the four-link movement and is convenient for disassembly and assembly to meet transportation requirements. The boom adopts A-shaped single-arm frame structure, and its lifting, variable amplitude and weight-receiving are realized by hydraulic drive and pilot control.
