1. Powerful lifting performance
- High load capacity: the maximum rated lifting capacity is 80 tonnes, and the maximum lifting height is up to 75.5m (main boom + jib), which can meet the needs of bridge construction, plant equipment installation and other complex working conditions.
- Industry-leading boom length: the main boom has a full extension length of 50.5 metres and comes standard with a 17.5-metre fixed jib, giving it a wide operating range and leading lifting performance in its class.
2.Efficient power and hydraulic system
- Low-speed and high-torque power: the MC11.40 engine of German MAN technology platform is adopted, with rated power of 297kW, maximum torque of 1900Nm, maximum climbing capacity of 47%, and maximum travelling speed of 90km/h. The new energy-saving hydraulic system: high efficiency and high torque.
- New energy-saving hydraulic system: high efficiency, durability, better micro-movement, lifting speed up to 2.5m/min, slewing speed of 0.1°/s, to ensure precise operation.
3.Excellent chassis design
- G-class off-road chassis: the only product of the same tonnage in the industry that adopts G-class off-road chassis, with the front footplate 450mm off the ground, which makes it more passable.
- High-carrying axle with large speed ratio: equipped with 10-speed gearbox with synchroniser, taking into account the performance of low-speed climbing and high-speed transfer.
4.Advanced operation and safety system
- Automatic working condition planning technology: the system can automatically recommend the optimal working condition according to the input parameters of height, weight and amplitude.
- Omni-directional braking system: Adopting the principle of G-generation braking system, the front axle is equipped with 25-inch disc brake, which is good at resisting heat recession and sensitive in braking response.
- Safety protection design: Equipped with all-round non-slip walking board, high light LED outrigger lighting, large field of view winch monitoring mirror and so on.
5.Humanised design
- Comfortable cab: the main driver's air suspension seat and the passenger's double seat can be unfolded into a simple sleeper, equipped with cold and warm air-conditioning, which makes the driving experience more comfortable.
- Convenient operation: wireless remote control of counterweight and convenient rope threading system of hook make the operation more convenient.
