Product Introduction

The solid insulated ring main unit is a combination of three technologies including external solid sealing, insulated busbar and combined unit miniaturization. The solid insulated ring network cabinet does not emit any toxic substances, has no hidden dangers of gas leakage, explosion and internal arcing, and has the characteristics of high insulation performance, high overall strength, and maintenance-free. The solid insulated ring network cabinet eliminates the application of pressure vessels. The internal insulation and arc extinguishing of the switch body adopts a vacuum medium, and the external insulation adopts an insulating cylinder to solidify the switch parts, and each circuit is connected by a closed bus. The insulating cylinder adopts solid-sealed pole technology, which organically combines the vacuum interrupter, the main conductive circuit and the insulating support to achieve a fully insulated, fully sealed and maintenance-free structure. The insulating cylinder is made of epoxy resin material, and the bus bar is encapsulated with a silicon rubber material. This structure effectively slows down the corrosion of the power supply body due to the isolation of air, moisture, dust, and hot and cold air sources.

Solid insulation ring network cabinet structure

3. The insulation sleeve is used for solid sealing, which can treat the surface of the arc extinguishing chamber without being polluted by the surrounding environment. It has greatly improved the insulation performance, anti-fouling and anti-condensation capabilities, and at the same time, it has improved ozone resistance, UV resistance, and anti-aging Capacity and mechanical strength.

4. The vacuum interrupter adopts the products of domestic famous enterprises such as Xuguang and Zhenguang, and strictly controls the quality of production. At the same time, in order to further ensure the reliability of the vacuum arc extinguishing, the arc extinguishing chamber was completely inspected before and after pouring, and the pressure test was stopped respectively.

5. The outer layer of the vacuum interrupter is filled with vacuum pouring, and the outside is equipped with a sealed epoxy resin, which enhances the maintenance of the vacuum interrupter.
