General introduction
HG-8300A dynamic balance equipment can achieve double-sided dynamic balancing correction fast and precisely.
The system will automatically calculate the mass size and angle of adding (subtracting) the counterweight. Through the optional vibration analyzing software, can print all kinds of data information reports. In many cases, a single dynamic balance correction can remove more than 90% of the unbalance of the rotor (shafting)

Application
Portable dynamic balancing instrument is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises with many functions such as vibration measurement, vibration analysis and single and double surface dynamic balancing. The equipment balance effect is high, simple operation, easy to carry, economic and practical, is the majority of equipment maintenance personnel necessary tools.

10. Vector decomposition: calculate the balance quality on vector decomposition and vector synthesis reasonably in order to meet the objective requirements of field installation
11. Balanced approach: test weight method and the influence coefficient method
12. Method of weights:According to the input of rotate data, it can work out the dynamic balancing quality automatically, and give out the balance result
13. Improved balance report: After completing the balance process, the software can generate the dynamic balance report forms automatically and clear the basic information of rotor, the reducing situation of vibration and detailed test weight information
