1 Overview

The controller adopts a new type of control structure; it can be applicable to various X-ray generators with various parameters. The controller provides a friendly human machine interface, including unique LED status indications, industrial stepless knobs for adjusting parameters, with clear display and fast adjustment speed. It adopts modular structure, with high reliability, and it is easy for disassembly and maintenance. The full automatic training mode with automatic voltage reduction function when generator discharging can effectively protect the life of X-ray tube. Besides, it offers accurate fault detection, easy for usage and maintenance.

The controller includes the following features:

• Industrial stepless knobs for time and kilovolt regulation, which is fast, convenient and reliable.

• Unique soft-start and slow turn-off voltage control function for advantageously protecting X-ray generators.
• The pioneering automatic training mode provides automatic voltage reduction protection during generator discharging, with automatic time follow-up.
• The casing side is equipped with working state indicators, which is convenient for long-distance observation.
• Equipped with safety door interlocking input terminal, it can be connected to the safety door control to ensure personnel safety.
• The exposure time delay can be settable.
• It is convenient to disassembling the cooling fan for regular cleaning, ensuring the long-term stability of the controller.
