Generator stator winding inserting machine has a wide range of application. It is used to insert coil and wedge into stator slot.

This coil inserting machine is suitable for automobile generator and alternator motor stator with high slot filling rate.
(3) Features This coil inserting machine can be customized accordingly. Coil and wedge should be inserted simultaneously. Breakdown could be diagnosed automatically. After cutting, paper edge should be neat, no damage, free of burr. After coil and wedge inserted, no damage or movement of slot paper and copper wire, no deformation of stator and lamination. Both copper wire and aluminium wire are applicable. Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen This machine has fixed foot and removable wheel. Wedge should not be damaged, no burr in the surface, no movement or slide. The wedge feeding length, cutting, forming, and inserting slot number could be set in touch screen.
(4) Competitive advantages This series is economic machine for standard stators. The machine allows highest fill-factors and narrow slot openings. The whole set of tooling can be changed as to suite different stators. coil insertion is controlled by servo motor, while wedge insertion by variable frequency motor. Parameter of different models can be edited, modified and displayed in the touch screen.
