This coil forming machine covers a stack length range within 20-42mm. Both tooling change and mechanical adjustment required for different stack length. This machine adopts a turn-over mechanism. It can produce different types stators by changing tooling.

Manually load stator into the fixture.
Press Start button then machine will automatically do forming process. After forming, unload stators.
