Application in High-performance Spring Production
Elgiloy cold drawn wire and cold rolled strip and foil are used to produce high performance spring. One of our customers from Italy produces spring energized seal/ Variseal. This customer requires very thin width of strip. The smallest size is thickness 0.80mm x width 1.0mm. Xunshi is proud to provide a one-stop solution for this customer and our customer is very satisfied with our product quality and service.

Application in Diaphragm Valve
Cold rolled Eligoy strip/foil are used as diaphragm in diaphragm valves. Xunshi supplied cold rolled foil of thickness 0.10mm and 0.12mm to a diaphragm valve factory in China. This customer has a strict requirement of surface quality which surface roughness must be less than 0.2mm. Xunshi managed to find a solution and successfully delivered the strip needed.

Application in Mobile phone
Our Elgiloy cold drawn wire diameter 1.0mm was used in a well-known brand of mobile phone. This customer has very high quality requirement, including mechanical properties, dimension tolerance and surface quality. With the help of our partners, Xunshi supplied R30003 straight wire diameter 1.0mm to this customers. And the customer speak high of our product.
