Answer: Generally the delivery time is 7 - 15 days after down payment receiving. But the exact delivery time will depend on your quantity and your ordering time.
2. What is your packing & shipping standard?
Answer: We disassemble the drying room panels in pieces, pack acessories into bags or wooden cases, then deliver by ship, train or plane etc. All the packing & shipping standard will be according to customers' requirements.
3. Will you dispatch engineers to our factory for installation or training?
Answer: Smaller model less than 40KW microwave dryer will be loaded in full set, so that you can run it only by connect the main power in your factory. Bigger machine will be disassembled, we will supply manual book and videos, also online guidance. If you need, we can arrange our engineers to your factory for installation and training, too.
