Production Introduction:

The Multifunctional DSE 75 Twin Screw Extruder Machine for Artificial Nutrition Fortified Rice mainly adopts twin-screw extrusion and puffing technology. At the same time, various nutrients necessary for human health, such as vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers, can be added in proportion. This processing technology not only retains the original ingredients of ordinary rice, but also supplements and strengthens the nutrients necessary for health of human body lost due to finishing rice. Coarse grains can also be used to produce multi-grain rice.

The extruder machine consists of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system and control system. Using advanced screw extrusion and puffing technology, the material is matured and puffed by high temperature aund high pressure, and it is completed at one time. The host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to ensure the stability of the prodction process. The final products are of various colors, varieties, beautiful appearance, natural lifelike, delicate texture, and widely used raw materials.

Mixer: Mix raw materials together.

Screw Conveyor: Convey the mixed raw materials to the feeder of extruder.

Twin Screw Extruder: Puff and extrude the raw materials into target shapes by double screws and moulds.

Sifter: Vibrate the rice to avoid sticking. And convey to air conveyor.

Air Conveyor: Blow the products to the multi-layer dryer, and dehumity during conveying.

Dryer: The multi-layer dryer can dry the products to target moisture contents with energy source: electric, gas or steam.

Cooling Machine: Cool the final products and convey the products to the packing workshop.
