Name: OK seal ring for piston
Uses: Mainly used for heavy hydraulic equipment, especially for double-acting pistons.
The applicable working pressure of this kind of seal is as high as 80Mpa, and in some cases it can be higher. Advantages of OK seal:
1. Small shape;
2. Impact load resistance;
3. Good wear resistance;
4. Even after the pressure is maintained for a long time, the friction between starting and running is very low;
5. Since the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder is an open structure, it can be installed on the integral piston without auxiliary tools;
6. Due to the special material properties of the sealing ring, it has strong anti-extrusion ability under high pressure and large gap.
installation: The installation groove is carefully deburred and cleaned. The entrance of the cylinder inner diameter should be chamfered. OK-type seals can be installed in closed grooves.

The outer sealing ring is made of modified thermoplastic material, with low friction between starting and running. It has a Z-shaped opening structure and is easy to install on the integral piston. The inner ring is made of NBR rubber to provide pre-tightening pressure.
