Work area is provided with an air shower and humidification purification equipment, which effectively removes dust particles on cargo surfaces with a high-voltage airflow of 13-25 m/s, which can be adjusted to 10-99 seconds. This is used together with a 99.99% 0.3 μm high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, which not only keeps the cargo surfaces dust-free before entering the cleanroom but also complies with the strict GMP air shower standards.
This device utilizes voice prompts, infrared sensors, and automatic shower and humidification control, offering convenient operation, intelligent efficiency, and an interlocking mechanism to prevent both roller shutter doors from opening simultaneously, fundamentally preventing cross-contamination of the clean area and maximizing the Cargo Air Shower's air lock functionality.
The equipment has a SUS201 stainless steel and aluminum alloy frame that is durable and resistant to corrosion. The automatic rolling door is made of PVC, which has good sealing performance and supports high frequency opening and closing, which meets the demand of efficient operation of logistics and freight corridors.
