The Laminar Pass Box operates as an air purification device that employs electronic interocking to accomplish effective cross infection control. Moreover, Dynamic and Static Pass Box incorporates ultraviolet sterilization lamps for disinfection before allowing items into the clean area. During transfer operations dust particles receive cleaning treatment and bacterial sterilization to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of clean area materials.
1. Adopting laminar flow design, the airflow direction is upward and downward, and the initial efficiency filter is G4, while the high-efficiency filter is H14
2. The high-efficiency filter is equipped with a differential pressure gauge for easy replacement (with a range of 0-500Pa and accuracy of ±5Pa).
3. Wind speed: After passing through the high-efficiency filter, the outlet wind speed is controlled between 0.3-0.6m/s.
4. Control function: Cleanroom Interlock Pass Box, while the fan start/stop button, equipped with built-in electronic door interlock.
5. Support customization: The new product comes with door closer, you can do push button to open the door or hand sensor to open the door.
