General purpose/electric hoist gantry crane is a kind of deformation of bridge crane.In the port, mainly used for outdoor yard, yard cargo, bulk cargo loading and unloading operations.

Its metal structure resembles a portal frame, and two legs are installed under the main beam, which can walk directly on the track of the ground. The two ends of the main beam can have overhanging cantilever beams.

Gantry crane has the characteristics of high utilization rate, wide operation range, wide adaptability and strong versatility, and has been widely used in port freight yard.
 

Operation specification

1. Single girder gantry crane is managed and maintained by specially-assigned persons. Operators must be familiar with the operation method.

2. Before work, strictly check whether the main parts of the equipment are normal: wire rope, hook, movement, brake and circuit control system.

Whether there are obstacles on the rail, whether the lubrication system is short of oil.

3. During loading and unloading, the steel wire rope shall fix the material firmly, and the hook shall be hung in the middle part, not on the side of the material.It is forbidden to lift the materials directly with the hook, but must be fixed with the wire rope before lifting.

4. When lifting materials, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the equipment, and operators should be outside the track.

5. If any abnormality is found in the operation, stop the operation immediately, check the cause, and use it after processing.

6. When operating with more than two people, order the driver to cooperate and coordinate, take care of each other, confirm the material to be hung firmly and then lift.

7. Continuous operation to avoid intermittent switching (inching) to prevent damage to the power contact.

8, the power control operation switch is strictly prohibited water.

9. Lubricate the steel wire rope, the reel, the hook and the pulley bearing with oil frequently.

10. After the work is finished, cut off the power supply and clean up the work site, especially the track.

Maintenance

1. The user should check frequently and find out whether there are abnormal phenomena in all parts of the crane, especially the connection of the main beam.

When the user does not apply welding, the connection bolt should be checked frequently.

2. Lubricate the wheel bearings, and it is recommended to change the oil within three months

3, check the wheel at any time, there should be no cracks, indentation and excessive wear.When the above defects attempt to exceed 3mm, they shall be scrapped immediately.To replace a new wheel.

4, when the crane brake does not work, should adjust the motor brake spring tension
