DS4-ETO Electrochemistry Ethylene Oxide Intelligent Digital Sensor
Overview:
The DS4-ETO is an intelligent digital ethylene oxide (ETO) sensor developed by EC Sense (Germany) based on printed solid polymer electrochemical sensor technology, belonging to industrial-grade products. It features a compact structure design, equipped with a high-performance microprocessor, high-precision analog-to-digital converter, and intelligent algorithms, enabling easy integration into IoT and other monitoring systems. It is widely used in industrial, commercial, civil, and medical fields.
Working Principle:
Based on the principle of electrochemical catalytic reaction, the sensor consists of three catalytic electrodes, solid-state electrolyte, and gas diffusion pores. ETO gas reaches the working electrode through the diffusion pores, where electrochemical oxidation or reduction reactions occur on the porous micro-surface of the electrode. The solid-state electrolyte conducts electron transfer, outputting a current signal proportional to the gas concentration, thus achieving measurement of ETO concentration.

Sensitivity: At 20°C, sensitivity is 0.250±0.125 μA/ppm.
Response Time: T90 ≤ 120 s.
Resolution: 0.5 ppm.

Zero Signal: At 20°C, -0.2–2.5 μA.
Baseline Drift: Within -20°C–50°C, <10 ppm.
Operating Voltage: 3.3–12V DC (recommended 5V DC).
