 DS4-TVOC intelligent gas sensor from EC Sense (Germany) adopts reliable printed solid-state polymer electrochemical sensor technology and is an industrial-grade intelligent gas sensor. With a compact structure design, it can be easily integrated into IoT and other monitoring systems, widely used in industrial, commercial, civil, and medical fields.

  1. Low-power design: Wide-range power supply, 3.3 to 12V DC (5V DC recommended).
  2. Broad operating range: Operating temperature: -40℃ to +55℃; operating humidity: 15-95%RH (non-condensing).
  3. Stable performance: Strong long-term zero-point stability, anti-poisoning, and long service life. The electrolyte adopts a solidified design to avoid leakage risks caused by high humidity or material aging.
  4. Rapid response: Fast response speed, capable of quickly capturing gas concentration changes with good linearity.
  5. Intelligent detection: Equipped with intelligent self-inspection functions for sensor performance and service life, which can regularly self-check life and performance indicators and output warning signals.
  6. Precise calibration: Each sensor undergoes professional gas calibration in the factory, and calibration information is stored in the internal chip. Users can use it directly without re-gas calibration.
  7. No preheating required: Intelligent hardware design ensures immediate gas monitoring upon power-up, eliminating concerns about long preheating waiting times in energy-saving and low-power designs.
  8. Diversified functions: Customizable encryption codes; sleep function with customizable sleep/wake modes; sensors can output identity information for self-identification design.
  9. Simple output: Adopts UART 3.3V half-duplex single-wire mode for signal output, directly providing gas concentration values, making secondary development of application programs flexible, simple, and fast.
  10. Convenient maintenance: Plug-and-play with hot-swappable capability; open calibration protocol supports secondary offline calibration in after-sales service and one-key restoration to factory calibration.
