Usage:
The 7HCL - 20 gas sensor is mainly used to measure the concentration of hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas in the air. Hydrogen chloride is a highly corrosive inorganic acid gas, widely present in the working environments of industries such as chemical production, battery manufacturing, electroplating, and pharmaceuticals, which poses a threat to human health and equipment safety. Therefore, this sensor is crucial for ensuring workplace safety and the health of employees. It can be applied to the following scenarios:
Industrial Production Safety Detection: Used to monitor the HCl gas concentration in industrial production processes to prevent excessive gas concentration from endangering the safety of workers and equipment, such as in the production of metal chlorides, where HCl reacts with metals, and in the production of PVC, where high - purity HCl gas is used to synthesize vinyl chloride monomers.
Environmental Pollution Detection: Applied to the detection of HCl gas in the atmosphere, which is of great significance for environmental protection departments to monitor environmental quality, such as in the monitoring of flue gas from waste incineration and vehicle exhaust.
