Specification Description

1) Overpressure refers to a greater force that is applied without damaging the sensing element.

2) The blasting pressure is the greater pressure applied without causing leakage or damage to the sensing element.

3) The analog output signal is proportional to the input current.

4) The offset voltage is the voltage output at zero pressure.

5) The range is the algebraic difference between the full-scale pressure range and the offset.

6) The range and offset thermal errors indicate the significant deviation of the sensor signal (range and offset) throughout the compensation process, compared to the value at 25°C.

In comparison, the temperature range is from 0 to 70°C. For the pressure range where p ≤ 100 mbar, this parameter is defined as Zmax = 0.5 mV.

7) Repetitiveness is defined as the typical deviation of the output signal after 10 pressure cycles.

8) Nonlinearity is defined as the BFSL (better fitting straight line) throughout the entire pressure range, measured on the upper side of the mold at P1.
