Dual-station design
Equipped with two independent filling heads, it can complete the quantitative filling of two bottles/two bags at the same time, significantly improving production efficiency, and is suitable for medium and high production capacity requirements.
Automatic control
Adopting PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, it supports parameter setting, production data monitoring and fault alarm, and the operation is simple and intuitive. Some models are equipped with servo or stepper motor drive to ensure accurate positioning and stable operation.
Intelligent metering technology
Spiral feeding technology: The spiral blade rotates to push the material, which is suitable for materials with different fluidity, such as ultrafine powder to small particles.
Electronic weighing feedback: Real-time monitoring of material weight, automatic correction of errors caused by changes in specific gravity or material level, with an accuracy of ±1%.
Light control technology: Combined with photoelectric sensing, it can achieve no filling without bottle/bag to avoid material waste.
