The multi-column liquid packaging machine is an efficient and automated packaging equipment, mainly used for multi-column synchronous filling and packaging of liquid or semi-liquid products. The following is its core introduction:
1. Working principle
Multi-column design: usually equipped with multiple filling heads (such as 2 columns, 4 columns, 6 columns, etc.), which can fill multiple packaging containers at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.
Precise metering: quantitative filling is achieved through devices such as plunger pumps, gear pumps or flow meters, with an accuracy of less than ±1%.
Automatic control: PLC control system combined with human-machine interface (HMI) supports parameter setting, fault alarm and production data monitoring.
2. Core structure
Filling system: multiple groups of independent filling heads, adjustable height and spacing to adapt to different containers.
Conveying system: chain or belt conveyor to ensure stable feeding and positioning of containers.
Capping/sealing device: supports multiple methods such as capping, heat sealing, aluminum foil sealing, etc.
Cleaning system: some models are equipped with CIP (cleaning in place) function for easy hygienic maintenance.
