After powering on, the instrument performs self-test for a few seconds, and then the fault information code "NIBPHWERR06" appears. There are no NIBP markers on the display screen.
When the fault occurs, use a multimeter to measure the output of A4D to be +12V. The output of A1A is abnormal, which prevents the CPU from providing +15V voltage to the D/A converter. The D/A converter does not work, NIBP does not work, and there is nothing on the display screen. Any NIBP marker. It was initially concluded that A4 was partially damaged. After replacing the A4 quad op amp LM348, the fault still existed when the machine was turned on again, indicating that there was no problem with A4. Then carefully check the voltage value of the peripheral circuit of the line and the related resistance and capacitance values, all of which are normal. Further test the online resistance of pressure sensor B1 and found that the pressure sensor was faulty. If the NIBP board fails, you need to replace another NIBP board, which is relatively expensive.
The monitor is composed of the main CPU board, image control board, NIBP board, ECG preamplifier board and power board. According to the fault information code, the fault mainly occurs on the NIBP board. The pressure sensor B1 in the NIBP board is responsible for blood pressure detection and inflation and deflation control functions of the blood pressure measurement cuff. The signal from the pressure sensor B1 passes through the preamplifier, zero controller and gain amplifier and then the output signal reaches the analog mixer in two ways for blood pressure measurement and cuff inflation and deflation control. According to the screen fault message "NEBPHWERR06".
It means that the fault is in a certain link of the "PRESSUREDCCHANNEL" channel. A5A and A5B form a constant current source. When the line is working normally, there is a +12V voltage at both ends of the test points X8/8 and X8/7, which is added to both ends of the R5 resistor to generate a 4mA constant current source. A5C and A5D are the zeroing circuits of bridge B1, providing two sets of +5VR and -10VR power supplies. After the signal is pre-amplified and filtered by zero adjustment, the A4D output value is about -5V. The A4D output signal is added to the input terminal P-ON of the pressure control switch circuit A1A. When the P-ON point is about -5V, the output of A1A causes the CPU (8051) to connect the +15VD working voltage of the D/A, and the instrument displays NIBP works fine.
