Q1: My SE-300 ECG machine has no response after powering on. I've checked the power plug and cable and found them to be normal. Is the TBS-R transformer faulty?
A1: First, turn off the device, open the power compartment, and measure the voltage at the transformer output terminals. If there is no voltage or the voltage is less than 17V, the transformer is faulty. If both the input and output are normal, check for loose or disconnected cables. Reconnect and unplug them. If there is still no response, replace the transformer.
Q2: After replacing a third-party transformer, the ECG waveforms show significant 50Hz noise. How can I resolve this?
A2: The noise is caused by insufficient electromagnetic shielding in the third-party transformer. We recommend replacing it with the original transformer and re-acquiring ECG signals.
Q3: The transformer is heating significantly during operation. Is this a safety hazard? How should I address this?
A3: Slight heating during normal operation is normal. If the temperature exceeds 70°C, this is abnormal heating and poses a risk of burnout. Immediately turn off the power and wait for the temperature to cool down before checking for overload.
